Product Description
Petrokem BP® Epoxy Sealer Rapid is an outstanding solvent free two part Epoxy resin based compound, specially formulated to seal electronic spare parts. The product could also be used to seal cracks in metal, concrete, ceramic etc. It provides extremely effective sealing properties and bonds to almost any surface including metal, concrete, ceramic, glass and wood. It cures to give high mechanical properties typical of epoxy compounds and is resistant to oils, greases, solvents, salts, mild acids and alkalis. It does not shrink on curing and service temperature range is from 0°C to 90°C.
Product Application
- Petrokem BP® Epoxy Sealer Rapid Adhesive is a two Component Epoxy system. Stir individual containers before use. Mix 90 – 120 parts of Resin component to 10 parts of Hardener component by volume. Mix the components thoroughly for 3 minutes before use and apply by a spatula to the substrate immediately after mixing. Keep the amount of air entrapped to a minimum while stirring.
Application should be finished before 45 minutes.
